Online Transactions are Secure
Our security software makes your online transactions on fotrecords.com as safe as possible. We've taken all the necessary precautions to make sure that your credit card information is completely protected and confidential. There has never been a fraudulent use of a credit card as a result of a purchase made on fotrecords.com! Nor will we sell your info to companies so they can spam or telemarket you. Our secure server encrypts your personal information before it is transmitted over the Internet. You can also place orders by using telephone, fax or mailorder.
United States
All orders within the United States, Canada and Mexico are $3.00 per item and $2.00 for each additional item. We ship via United States Postal Service within five days of receiving your order.
International
International shipping fee's are $5.00 per item $3.00 for each additional item. All International Orders will be shipped within five business days of receiving your order. Please allow up to 6-8 weeks for delivery, even though under normal circumstances it should not EVEN take that long to receive the order.
All inventories are guaranteed to be in the condition stated in the "Item Condition" field. If an item is "new-sealed" that means we guarantee it against manufacturer defects. For all other product please check our product condition legend. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Big Rig Records will only accept returns under the following conditions:
Defective- If item is defective / non-playable condition. Item can be exchanged for another copy. Due to limited quantities in inventory, if item is not available full refund on purchases will be granted less shipping fees. Refund processing time can take up to 7 days. You payment will be refunded via how item was purchased.
Shipping Damage- All orders are packed in professional media mailers. In the event of damage shipments such as, broken vinyl, broken CD/DVD, crushed poster tube item may be replaced free on charge. Due to limited quantities in inventory, if item is not available full refund on purchases will be granted less shipping fees. Refund processing time can take up to 7 days. You payment will be refunded via how item was purchased.
Please note that our staff professional packs all orders, minor damage can occur during shipment such as broken jewel case on CD / DVD and bent corners on vinyl jackets. Items received in these conditions will not be accepted as returnable.

We will offer a free electronic newsletter to users. Fotrecords.com gathers the email addresses of users who voluntarily subscribe. Users may remove themselves from this mailing list by replying to the newsletter e-mail with only the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line. Users can also subscribe to the newsletters at the time of registration.
2. Message boards/forums
Users of the site's Message Boards and Forums must register separately for these services (both are free of charge) in order to post messages, although there is no registration required to visit the site. During registration the user is required to supply a username, password, and email address.
3. "E-mail this to a friend" Service
Our site users can choose to electronically forward a link, page, or documents to someone else by clicking "e-mail this to a friend". The user must provide their email address, as well as that of the recipient. This information is used only in the case of transmission errors and, of course, to let the recipient know who sent the email. The information is not used for any other purpose.
4. Polling
We may offer interactive polls to users so they can easily share their opinions with other users and see what our audience thinks about important issues. Fot Records sometimes tracks and catalogs the search terms that users enter in our Search function, but this tracking is never associated with individual users. We use tracking information to determine which areas of our sites users like and don't like based on traffic to those areas. We do not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better service for you.
COOKIES
